AACS Limited is a specialist Air Conditioning & Refrigeration installation company, we have been trading for 30 years and have grown organically to a team of 14, we are now looking for a Contracts Engineer to bring in new contracts. The ideal Contracts Engineer will be based in or around Sunderland with the ability to work from home. The patch the Contracts Engineer will be covering the North east of England.
The Contracts Engineer will be expected to bring in new business from contractors and end users by preforming the full sales process, such as cold calling, speaking to previous industry contacts and conducting site surveys to qualify what the client will need, producing quotations & then managing the project through to completion. You will be able to work in the office or from your home, you will be entitled to a company car also.

Ideally you will be an experienced Contracts Engineer that is confident in creating new business opportunities for an expanding company. The ideal candidate will have had experience in the HVAC sector, selling contracts.

Contracts Engineer Position Requirements
- Experience in completing site surveys, quoting and creating new business for contracts
- Be able to confidently create new business by cold calling, prospecting and meeting new clients
- Full UK driving license
- Based within a 50-mile radius of Sunderland
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Experience in project management
- Salary up to £35,000 depending on experience
- Company car or Van
- 25 days holiday + Bank Holiday
