AACS Limited are proud to announce that we have been awarded another Mechanical Install involving two floors of VRF systems and multiple split systems, as well as the mechanical ventilation installation, throughout Sunderland City Council's new Parsons Depot.
The project, lead my Esh Construction, will help the city council deliver it's carbon neutral pledge for cleaner future living and working in the city with a view to being carbon neutral within two decades.
The Depot and Vehicle Workshop will house offices, a fuel station and a large barn space that will contain up to 7500 tonnes of gritting salt.

The redevelopment of the site will be carried out by Esh Construction in partnership with Howarth Litchfield Architects, Portland Consulting Engineers and Desco. The part ERDF funded site will include Solar PV and a battery storage system.
AACS are proud to be working on this project, which is local to our own native Sunderland. It takes our Mechanical project work from strength to strength and is a great opportunity for our Installation Engineers to show what they are capable of.
Work for AACS starts in a couple of months and we are delighted to be working on this project alongside a fantastic Mechanical Contractor who we have completed projects for in the past.
