About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and working closely with our Directors and operational teams to convert opportunities into successful projects and long-term service agreements.
Full technical support and training will be provided. What matters most is your ability to build trust, manage a pipeline, and close business professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Growth
· Identify and develop new business opportunities with commercial and industrial clients
· Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, consultants, contractors and facilities teams
· Develop and manage a structured sales pipeline
Account Management
· Manage and grow selected client accounts
· Identify repeat business and long-term contract opportunities
Quoting & Commercial Activity
· Coordinate quotations and proposals with internal technical team
· Follow up enquiries and negotiate terms to secure new work
· Ensure opportunities are commercially viable and aligned with company strategy
Market Awareness
· Monitor market activity and competitor trends
· Identify new sectors or opportunities for growth
Internal Collaboration
· Work closely with Directors, Operations and Engineering teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to delivery
· Represent AACS Limited professionally, in line with its values and reputation
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
· Has proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within B2B, technical, construction, engineering, facilities, or service-based environments
· Is confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
· Can manage a sales pipeline and work towards clear targets
· Is organised, self-motivated and commercially minded
· Is willing and able to learn a new technical sector
· Works well independently while collaborating with a close-knit team
· Holds a full UK driving licence
Previous HVAC, air conditioning or refrigeration experience is preferable but not required – training and support will be provided.
