Gleeson Homes - APSS

AACS Limited were awarded the project to install Air Conditioning to provide Comfort Cooling as part of a refurbishment project for Gleeson Homes, the project was delivered by APSS Commercial Interior Design Service.


The project involved AACS Installing 3 new Single Split Air Conditioning Systems and relocating a number of existing systems on site.


AACS Limited installed Air Conditioning supplied by Toshiba.


RAMS were submitted and approved prior to installation, the Install consisted of one team completing the install during a 2 week programme, all pipework was mounted on cable tray and the O&M Manual for operation was submitted upon request at the end of the installation.
