CA Roofing - Modular Building Install

AACS Limited were awarded a contract to install Air Conditioning to provide comfort cooling as part of a modular building installation on behalf of Pickering's Hire to the CA Roofing Headquarters in Bishop Auckland.

The Installation consisted of 6 Single Split Air Conditioning systems fed from Condensing Units located externally to the building in a services courtyard. All pipe work feeding the Evaporators was mounted on cable tray spanning the height of the building.

All air conditioning was supplied by Daikin.

The systems were installed over the course of a week, in line with the installation schedule of the modular buildings and supported with a follow up maintenance contract to ensure an optimum working standard of systems on site.
